Organic Building Site. Site preparation, and Building orientation are important factors when designing your New Dream Home. We designed and Built this custom Home to the owner's specifications. This 6,000 square foot home commands beautiful views of rural Alpine and surrounding mountains. Care was taken during construction to limit our impact on the natural surroundings. Green Building Techniques were used to complete the structure.

An exterior, covered deck covers the entire back of the house allowing the owners a private, peaceful area in which to relax. Clay Roofing Tiles and Stucco Texture add to the old California Mission Architecture. Every spring the hillsides come alive with a warm blanket of California wild flowers.
